How to submit a support ticket

To open a support request, go to the home page and fill in the ticket form: your name, email, a category, and a clear description of the issue. After submitting you'll receive a tracking ID by email.

Keep that tracking ID — together with your email address it lets you look up the status of your request from the Track page at any time.
